1. Services Provided

RX Help, LLC offers medication advocacy services to help users apply to and manage Prescription Assistance Programs (PAPs), including administrative support to reduce prescription drug costs. We do not guarantee program approval—final eligibility is determined solely by the individual program administrators that may modify or terminate offerings at any time.

2. Third-Party Services

In addition to advocacy services, RX Help, LLC provides access to telehealth, teletherapy, prescription delivery, and veterinary telehealth benefits through our partner, Doctegrity.

These services are performed exclusively by Doctegrity and its licensed medical, mental health, and veterinary professionals, not by RX Help, LLC.

3. User Eligibility & Account Use

  • You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into this agreemen

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to use the Services lawfully.

  • You agree not to use bots or automated tools to access or misuse the site and acknowledge that you must comply with our privacy practices when using our Services.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting your information to RX Help, LLC, you expressly authorize us and our agents to contact you via telephone, text, email, or mail about prescription savings programs, foundations, discount cards, or relevant resources—this is your written consent. You may revoke this consent at any time.

5. No Guarantees of Approval

RX Help, LLC assists in completing applications. However:

  • We do not determine your eligibility or entitlement—each assistance program has sole discretion over approval, criteria, formulary, and coverage, which may change at any time.

  • We cannot guarantee outcomes or coverage.

6. Fees, Billing & Refunds

  • Fees: Our advocacy services are fee-based, with billing terms clearly communicated at enrollment.

  • Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with our initial services, you may be eligible for a refund according to the policy described at onboarding—e.g., if you cancel within a specified period or if no savings are secured, documentation (like denial letters) may be required .

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No medical, therapeutic, or pharmacy services are directly provided by RX Help, LLC. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or insurer.

  • Services are informational and administrative only; they are not a substitute for professional clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We will not be liable for delays, eligibility denials, program changes, or data errors.

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  • We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion for any breach or for convenience.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin, Texas.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use your personal information to provide Services and may share it with program administrators or third-party partners only as necessary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our site are owned by RX Help, LLC or licensors. You may view, print, or download materials only for personal use. Any other use requires written permission.

12. Emergencies

Our Services are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately .
